R4S2 is Race For S2
Basically it is a championship series that will be held, the winner will take home a S2 license. More info comeing soon.

I know I won't win anyway but is there any rules like what car we have to use, how many laps, what tracks and so on.

look in the private racers only section you can view it how ever Don is not yet registered and can not.
